In 2020 and 2021, UnILiON set up a Working Group dedicated to synergies, co-chaired by Aix-Marseille University and Ghent University Offices. The vademecum is based on discussions undertaken as part of the Working Group activities with a variety of representatives from the European Commission and best practices observed in several European regions and universities, including UnILiON member universities.
