{"id":2743,"date":"2022-06-14T11:00:47","date_gmt":"2022-06-14T09:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unilion.eu\/?p=2743"},"modified":"2022-09-19T17:32:50","modified_gmt":"2022-09-19T15:32:50","slug":"open-talk-on-the-new-european-health-data-space","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unilion.eu\/?p=2743","title":{"rendered":"Open Talk on the new European Health Data Space"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong><span lang=\"EN-IE\">On May 3<sup>rd<\/sup> 2022 from 13.00 to 14.00,&nbsp; Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Aix-Marseille University organise an UnILiON Open Talk on&nbsp; &#8220;The new European Health Data Space: how can Researchers &amp; Innovators unleash the potential of Health Data?&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-IE\">The European Commission <\/span><span lang=\"EN-IE\">released a Communication and a proposal for a Regulation on the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/ip_22_2711\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">European Health Data Hub<\/a>&nbsp;(EHDS), setting itself the ambition to achieve a \u201cquantum leap forward in the way healthcare is provided to people across Europe\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-IE\">The UnILiON Open Talk will address the secondary use of health data by universities and\/or university hospitals when implementing their missions (research, clinical trials, innovation, education).
