The EU’s Guiding Principles for Knowledge Valorisation aim to maximise the transformation of research and innovation results into solutions that benefit society. They address a variety of actors and sectors and are of particular relevance to the university sector. As the development of FP10 gathers pace, this UnILiON Open Talk offers insights into the Code of Practice Industry-Academia Co-Creation for Knowledge Valorisation and its potential in particular for universities to create the conditions to working in partnership, helping to bridge the gap between research outputs and marketable innovations and to support the uptake in society.
