The representatives of Delft University of Technology and Eindhoven University of Technology are kindly inviting you to the next UnILiON Open Talk which takes place on Tuesday, the 2nd of December, between 12:30- 14:00 at the Neth-ER office Rue d’Arlon 22, Brussels 1050.
The topic of the discussion is the Cyber Resilience Act and how it can be aligned with the other rules and regulations and what its implementation means for the end users.
The invited speakers:
Mrs. Christiane Kirketerp de Viron holds within the DG CNNECT, the position of Acting Director and Head of Unit – Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology – Deputy Director-General in charge of Directorate H – Cybersecurity and Trust – Cybersecurity and Digital Privacy Policy. Furthermore, Mrs. Kirketerp de Viron has played a crucial role in the process defining the Cyber Resilience Act.
Mr. Bart Groothuis, Member of the European Parliament, on behalf of the Dutch People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD), and member of both the Industry, Research and Energy committee, the committee on International Trade and the special committee on the European Democracy Shield, as well as a substitute member on the Security and Defense committee.
In Parliament, Mr. Groothuis focuses on cybersecurity, especially in his role as Rapporteur of the NIS II Directive, disinformation & foreign interference, economic security and security & defense.
